Water Water Everywhere!

We’ve just completed a fantastic adventure with a great group with whom we photographed (among other things) a great deal of moving water! We also encountered a lot of weather including rain, fog, wind and a few snow flurries, all making our photographic images more interesting. It certainly made our daily planning more challenging!

Of course the trip was focused on waterfalls and we visited plenty of them. Each one was a surprise and a delight with it’s own character. Sometimes photographing a landscape means finding the composition within the larger scene. This 15 foot drop was an interesting combination of light and dark as the river followed different paths over the rocky ledge.
