Delicate Waterfall

This image is just one of many from our fantastic May “Waterfall Adventure” to Northern California! On this adventure we visit many falls, each with its own unique personality and location. We also explore photo opportunities of Mount Shasta that can result in beautiful sunsets or stormy snow images. This year we got the snow. (Check out our May 25th blog post.)

The many micro falls pouring out of this mist shrouded cliff is like a setting from a fantasy novel. This wall of falling water that is part of Northern California’s, thundering Burney Falls has a quality of charm and delicacy that captures the imagination.
