Cool and Clear

The cool and clear water in the Big Cypress/Everglades drainage is filtered through hundreds of miles of grasses. Most people think of swamps as bacteria laden water, malaria, the smell of rotten eggs, cottonmouths and alligators. The truth is I’ve never seen clearer or cleaner water. OK. Admittedly the snakes and the ‘gators are definitely there, but the water is great! – jg
