Join us for an IMAGE-Adventure to the rugged and beautiful Monterey Peninsula of California where we will photograph landscapes and seascapes in what Ansel Adams called, “The greatest meeting of land and sea” on earth!
Spring – Northern California Adventure
Waterfalls and Mount Shasta
This is an exploration of the numerous waterfalls in this fascinating area of the southern Cascade Range! We will also photograph iconic Mount Shasta which will probably wear a mantle of snow at this time of year. There is no limit to the natural beauty of this adventure!
Late Spring – Yellowstone Adventure!
Wildlife, Landscapes and a Lot More!
Join us for an epic IMAGE-Adventure to our nation’s first National Park. The wildlife is abundant including Black and Brown Bears, Elk, Foxes, Bighorn Sheep, Pronghorn, the ubiquitous American Bison and more! Of course the park is famous for its thermal features and landscapes and we will have plenty of time to visit those at well. Every day is different at Yellowstone and you’ll never run out of subjects to photograph! In addition, we will finish our adventure by traveling to Jackson Hole and photographing the fabulous Grand Tetons! When we call this an “Epic” adventure, we mean it!
Summer – Juneau Alaska Adventure
Whales, Grizzlies and Glaciers, Oh My!
Join us for this IMAGE-Adventure to one of the wildest and most beautiful areas in North America! We will charter a private piloted boat for three days to photograph some of the largest animals on earth, whales, in their northern feeding grounds. We will also have the opportunity to photograph glaciers, landscapes and wild animals such as bears and bald eagles!
Summer – Arizona Adventure
Lightning & Monsoon Workshop and Landscapes
This is an epic photo adventure in Arizona during the spectacular summer Monsoon season! We traverse the state as we track and photograph the fantastic summer lightning storms. From a safe distance you will photograph one of weather’s most exciting displays!
Late Summer – Alaskan Northern Lights Adventure
Northern Lights, Denali, Landscapes, Wildlife and More!
If photographing or simply experiencing the Aurora Borealis is on your personal bucket list, this is the IMAGE-Adventure for you! We travel to one of the best locations in the world to view the northern lights! We will also visit Denali National Park where the landscapes and wildlife are the main attractions. Whether you have traveled here before or it’s your first time, this is an adventure you will always remember!
On Demand! – Milky Way and Star Trails One-Day/Night Photography Workshops in Joshua Tree National Park or Anza Borrego State Park!

In this one night workshop, spend the afternoon learning about photographing the Night Sky and discussing landscape fundamentals. Then put your new knowledge into practice photographing the Milky Way and creating Star Trail compositions. This is a fun, informative and fascinating workshop!
